Team RWB is a national non-profit organization whose mission is to enrich the lives of America’s Veterans by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity. Team RWB is an inclusive organization with veteran and civilians members.
Presently, the Las Vegas chapter has 482 registered members, 12 volunteer leaders, and 8 local community partners. The chapter tends to have 5 to 30 members at each event. TeamRWB hosts a number of consistent weekly and monthly cycling, running, hiking, CrossFit and service project events. Events coming up in the next 1-3 months include:
- 9 September – Eagle Ride 9/11 Moving Tribute
- 3 October – Old Glory Relay*
- 10 November – WOD (workout of the day) for Warriors
*Team RWB’s annual Old Glory Relay is the organization’s largest national event. This year, the relay takes 1 American flag over 4,600 miles in 62 days from Seattle, Washington to Tampa, Florida. Learn more at www.oldgloryrelay.org.
