On August 18th, members and guests of The Continental Society Daughters of Indian Wars Nevada State Society enjoyed a private tour of the National Atomic Testing Museum in Las Vegas, then had lunch and went to the Fist State Council Meeting. There were ceremonies, welcoming of guests, and Honored Speaker, Dr. Linda Miller speaking on “Nevada Lands and Native Americans”. Being an event everyone had fun taking part in.
