Walker Furniture held their official VIP Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the Grand Opening of the company’s second valley super store at 671 Marks St. Henderson, NV 89014 (Located in the Sunmark Plaza) on Monday, Sept. 17. Henderson Mayor Debra March, Henderson Chamber representatives, and Walker Furniture owners Larry and Daryl Alterwitz, and Linda Alterwitz-Mizrahi was in attendance. Patti Gerace and Dennis Dieter, the Marketing Director and General Manager respectively, for Walker Furniture are very proud of the new store.
“We’re proud of the whole store. Everything from the salespeople to the furniture to the prices.”
“We love to give back to the community, we deliver specialized furniture for people who were wounded in any wars. We have plenty of veterans working here,” says General Manager Dennis Dieter.
“We’re getting ready to kick off the Homes for the holidays in October so remember, letters from the community, that’s how we help people in need so remember write your letters early get them in for us so we can help 35 families this year for the holidays,” says Marketing Director Patti Gerace.
