we went on a bus trip with the Las Vegas Senior Tripsters to Pahrump for the Native American Powwow. It was educational and fun with lots of dances and patriotism, as many of the people were also Veterans. Daughters of the American Revolution read a proclamation for November as Native American Heritage Month, and I met my DAR Sister Susan Zink.
